The top and bottom case are in fair condition with scuffs, dents, scratches, and general wear, including some semi-deep scratches that are easily visible. All four sides are in good cosmetic condition with minimal wear. The ports function properly but show heavy use with dings and scratches. The screen is in fair condition with scratches, scuffs, and wear, including keyboard residue. The keyboard is in good condition with minor wear and signs of use, and the hinges are sturdy, in good condition, and working properly. 

Functionality condition:

The LCD is fully functional with no damage or issues. The device connected to a WiFi network successfully, and audio was tested by playing a video with normal results. The keyboard was tested and all keys work properly, and the touch functions were also tested and are fully functional.
