Cosmetic condition:
The top case is in fair condition due to scuffs, dents, scratches and wear. Some of these scratches are semi-deep and easily seen. The bottom is in fair condition due to scuffs, dents, scratches and wear. Some of these scratches are semi-deep and easily seen. The sides are in fair condition due to some deep scratches, dents and wear. The ports are functional, but are in fair condition due to heavy use, dings and scratches. The screen is in fair condition due to scratches, scuffs and wear. The keyboard is in fair condition due to heavy usage, scratched, dents and wear. There is a small deep scratch on the screen on the upper right side, see pictures. The hinges are in good condition, sturdy and functioning properly. The bezel has some cosmetic damage, there are cracks. This damage can be seen in the images. There are small dents on the exterior corners/edges of the laptop. Please view our close up photos, as these are taken of the actual item being offered for sale.
Functionality condition:
The touch function does not work and will not respond to your finger/touch. The LCD is fully functional with no damage or issues. I was able to connect to a WiFi network and test the audio by playing a video. The WiFi and audio are both fully functional. The keyboard has been tested and all keys function properly. The trackpad needs to be pressed down more when selecting.
