This hard drive is in good used condition, with some scratches and scuffs from moderate use. The ports are in good shape with low to moderate wear. It has been formatted to exFAT for compatibility with both Windows and Mac computers. The external enclosure displays the Glyph unit serial number, while diagnostic software reports the internal Toshiba hard drive serial number, so the two serial numbers may differ because the enclosure and internal drive are separate components. Please view our close up photos, as these are taken of the actual item being offered for sale.
