Cosmetic condition:

All four sides are in good cosmetic condition with minimal wear. The screen is in good condition with some minor wear and scuffs. The keyboard is in good condition with some minor wear and signs of use. The bezel is in good cosmetic condition with little to no wear. The top is in good cosmetic condition with minimal wear. The bottom is in fair condition due to scuffs, dents, scratches and wear. Some of these scratches are semi-deep and easily seen. All of the ports are in good condition and clean. The hinges are in good condition, sturdy and functioning properly. Please view our close up photos, as these are taken of the actual item being offered for sale. The keyboard area is covered with the original Alcantara fabric (as included with the Surface Laptop 1769 model). It shows some signs of use and has minor dirt/staining, consistent with normal wear.

Functionality condition:

The LCD is fully functional with no damage or issues. This device successfully connects to WiFi networks and the audio was tested by playing a video. The WiFi and audio are both fully functional. The keyboard has been tested and all keys function properly. The touch functions have been tested and are fully functional.
