Functionality condition:

The iPad isn't holding charge. It recognizes the charging cable and makes the connection sound, but the battery remains at 0%. It also restarts on its own after being idle for a while. The device has been tested and is fully functional. The display is bright and clear. The touchscreen responds well. The cameras, speakers, and mic all work just fine. It takes great photos and videos. The WiFi, Bluetooth, Touch ID and True Tone all work properly. The iCloud account has been removed and the device has been wiped.
